Job Summary
The Change Agent drives engineering process modernization, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the DHC Engineering organization. The role partners closely with Engineering leadership to improve execution efficiency, standardize workflows, and enable scalable engineering operations.
Direct Accountabilities
Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives focused on engineering throughput, quality, and execution efficiency.
Identify organizational bottlenecks, governance gaps, and workflow inefficiencies impacting program delivery.
Develop standardized engineering processes, operational metrics, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
Support implementation and optimization of PLM systems, workflow automation, and digital engineering tools.
Partner with Engineering leadership to improve communication flow, prioritization discipline, and organizational scalability.
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Materials, or related Engineering discipline
Experience, Skills & Attitude
Required
Progressive aerospace engineering experience supporting aircraft development, certification, production, modification, or sustaining activities.
Strong understanding of Transport Canada, FAA, and EASA regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
Demonstrated technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capability.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Professional Engineer in Canada.
Demonstrates strong aerospace engineering judgement and technical credibility.
Builds alignment and trust across Engineering, Production, Certification, and Program organizations.
Drives accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
Promotes practical, certifiable, manufacturable, and customer-focused engineering solutions.
Contributes to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture.
