Chandler is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our New Brunswick sales team and drive growth across the region. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and coaching a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

7+ years of leadership experience, with previous business-to-business management considered an asset.
Ability to successfully lead change.
Self-driven learner.
Strong sales and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Salary Range offered $100,000 to $130,000
