Key Responsibilities Service, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial fire alarm systems. Perform system start-ups, programming, commissioning, and final testing. Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls. Complete accurate service reports and communicate project updates. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards. Mentor junior technicians when required. Qualifications CFAA Fire Alarm Technician Certification is essential. Minimum 2 years' commercial fire alarm experience. Minimum 2 years of experience with installation, commissioning, start-up, and servicing of fire alarm systems. Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical aptitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with Edwards systems and EST-3/EST-4 certifications are considered strong assets. Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or a related field is an asset. What's in It for You?
