When the van pulls up, the client's confidence in us is already being decided. Calm, on time, polished, prepared - that's the standard. This is a role for experienced drivers who take pride in doing things properly, plan the route before pulling out of the lot, and treat the back of a van like it matters. What You'll Own Loading and securing food, equipment, and supplies for safe transport On-time delivery to GTA event venues, working from manifests and schedules Maintaining food safety and temperature control standards Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; keeping the van road-ready Assisting with on-site setup and breakdown when needed Logging delivery times, confirmations, and equipment drop-offs Representing Seventh Heaven professionally at every client venue Pay Levels - Flat Hourly Rates Level 1 - Lead Driver | $22–25/hr. Independent on complex multi-stop days, confident with cargo vans and box trucks, leads on-site setup Level 2 - Experienced Driver | $20–22/hr. Owns standard deliveries with minimal supervision, accurate and dependable What You Bring Valid Ontario G-class license with a clean driver's abstract Minimum 2 years of delivery driving experience required; cargo van or box truck experience strongly preferred Catering or hospitality background strongly preferred - this isn't standard courier work, and event timing is everything Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 6–8 hour shifts Strong time management and route-planning skills Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends What We Offer Flat hourly rates with a clear path to higher pay levels Paid training to grow into more responsibility Free meals on shift A real team - not a gig - at a respected GTA catering company Steady event work with consistent crews Hiring Process Apply online → in-person interview → paid trial shift → offer.
