Job DescriptionJob Description People Store Staffing is now hiring for a large cannabis facility located in Aylmer, Ontario Shifts Available Start Date: August 31st, 2026 Time: 6am-4pm Location: Aylmer, ON Payrate: $19.25/HR Duties: Filling pouches with pre-roll products Weighing and scaling cannabis flower Sealing and stamping pouches Packaging and labeling products Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following all health, safety, and quality standards Requirements Must have reliable transportation / own vehicle Must be 19 years of age or older and must be able to provide a clear Criminal Background Check. Comfortable working in a cannabis production environment Must be comfortable working with cannabis and be okay with the smell/dust/pollen involved Able to stand for extended periods Must be able to wear a mask all day for your full shift Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is an asset but not required Duration of position: This is an Ongoing assignment, with the opportunity for extension depending on business requirements and performance.
