$50-$55 per hour Toronto, ON Contract **Duration:** 4+ Months (Extension & conversions Possible based on Performance and Business needs) **Job Description** + We are seeking two (2) seasoned Business Analysts to support and evolve a leading Financial Institution's Enterprise Real Estate technology platform. + In this role, you will apply strong, hands-on experience working within workflow-driven systems to act as a key bridge between Enterprise Real Estate stakeholders and technology delivery teams. + You will translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements and ensure solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices. + This role is best suited to a hands-on Business Analyst with experience working directly within enterprise applications and workflow engines. + The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how systems are designed to operate, with the ability to work through applications to understand process flows, system behavior, and module functionality, and translate those into clear, structured documentation. + A key focus of the role is to support the modernization of the platform by leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and standardizing workflows. + You should be comfortable analyzing how processes should function within the system, identifying opportunities to simplify and align to platform capabilities, and producing documentation that reflects intended system design and behavior. **Responsibilities:** + Work directly within workflow-driven enterprise platforms (TRIRIGA, Pega, or similar) to analyze, understand, and document end-to-end process flows and system behavior + Translate business needs from Enterprise Real Estate stakeholders into well-defined, structured functional requirements + Ensure technology solutions align with platform capabilities, best practices, and OOTB functionality + Analyze how processes should function within the system and identify opportunities to simplify and standardize workflows + Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, functional requirements, and system-level descriptions + Interpret how workflows and modules function across different parts of the platform and communicate findings effectively + Collaborate with both business stakeholders and technology delivery teams in a complex, cross-functional enterprise environment + Support the modernization initiative by aligning processes to platform capabilities and reducing unnecessary customization + Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery ceremonies and maintain documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence + Provide analytical thinking and problem-solving support to drive continuous improvement of the Enterprise Real Estate technology platform **Experience** + 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working within enterprise applications + 5 - 7 years of overall professional experience + Hands-on experience with workflow-driven enterprise platforms (IBM TRIRIGA strongly preferred; Pega or similar BPM tools accepted) + Proven track record of working directly inside applications to understand and document process flows + Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments + Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models **Skillsets** + Workflow-based systems analysis (process flows, approvals, states, lifecycle management) + Enterprise application navigation and module analysis + Functional requirements documentation and process design + Out-of-the-box (OOTB) vs. customization analysis and decision-making + System behavior interpretation and translation into business documentation + Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and communication + Analytical thinking and complex problem-solving + Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies + Jira and Confluence (or similar collaboration tools) + Metrics-based performance tracking and reporting **Education** + No specific degree or level of education is required for this position. + Candidates will be evaluated based on hands-on experience and demonstrated competency. **Additional Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail and ability to move seamlessly between business and system perspectives + Comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholder groups + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a 20-person team + Willingness to work hybrid schedule (4 days per week onsite in downtown Toronto) + No customer data access required; compliance and security standards must still be maintained **Licenses** + Not applicable for this role. **Certifications** + No certifications are required. IBM TRIRIGA or Pega certifications would be considered advantageous but are not mandatory. **Shift Hours** + Monday - Friday, core business hours. Overtime may be required on an as-needed basis.
