Description The Opportunity We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused individual to join our HR Campus Recruitment team as a Campus Administrator. This role plays a key part in supporting recruitment operations and delivering seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Campus Advisor professionals while contributing to a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will provide critical coordination and administrative support across the full Campus program and will represent Canadian Natural in all candidate and stakeholder interactions. Job location: Calgary, Alberta Shift schedule: Temporary 15-month assignment, 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts Application deadline : June 10, 2026 Key Accountabilities Provide a full range of administrative support to the Campus team Represent Canadian Natural in a professional manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders Support full‑cycle recruitment activities, including resume pre‑screening, interview coordination, scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding documentation Build and maintain effective working relationships with Campus advisors and HR partners Review new hire submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of onboarding documentation Support candidates while managing high volumes of confidential information Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure all requirements are completed for new hire start dates Respond to candidate inquiries and route requests as appropriate Maintain confidential files, records, and HR databases Support various HR administrative tasks and special projects as required Skills & Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and selection Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience working within an applicant tracking system (Oracle Cloud Recruiting preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary Paid time off during Christmas week and summer Fridays Multiple volunteer opportunities within the community Extensive career development opportunities Access to multiple learning platforms
