Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Languages Required: Fluent English & Spanish About the Role We are looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish to handle warm leads and conduct first-level qualification calls . This is NOT a cold-calling or sales position. The people you will speak with have already expressed interest and submitted their contact information . Your job is simply to contact these warm leads, have a conversation with them, ask a few qualifying questions, and determine whether they are pre-qualified based on our requirements. The process is simple and structured. You will be provided with the questions and guidelines needed to conduct the screening. What You Will Do Call warm leads who have already submitted their information and expressed interest . Speak with leads in English and Spanish . Conduct a friendly and professional first-level screening. Ask a set of simple qualification questions. Understand the lead's situation and determine whether they meet the pre-qualification criteria. Accurately record the information provided. Identify and mark leads as qualified or not qualified according to the guidelines. Pass qualified leads to the next stage of the process when required. Follow the provided script and qualification process. What You DON'T Have to Do This is not a sales job. You will NOT be required to: Make cold calls. Find your own leads. Sell products or services. Convince people to buy anything. Close deals. Pressure or persuade customers. The leads are already interested. They have provided their information — you simply call them, ask the required questions, and determine if they are pre-qualified. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is fluent in English and Spanish . Is comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day. Has excellent communication and listening skills. Can follow a simple script and qualification process. Is friendly, professional, and patient. Pays attention to detail and accurately records information. Can quickly understand a person's situation and determine whether they meet the requirements. Is reliable and comfortable working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
