The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints, understand technical drawings, and perform various millwork tasks with precision and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Build, assemble, and install cabinets, cupboards, and other millwork products. Perform various millwork tasks, including cutting, shaping, measuring, and assembling wood and related materials. Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and project specifications. Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and finish. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following workplace safety procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar millwork position. Strong knowledge of cabinet making, woodworking, and millwork processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using woodworking tools, equipment, and machinery. Strong measuring, cutting, and assembly skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
