Business Systems Analyst at KALSOFT — NeverHard

KalSoft is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business and technical requirement analysis, system documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while supporting successful project delivery within Agile environments. Responsibilities: Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare detailed system documentation Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and technical architects to gather and define requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Support system analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement initiatives Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Assist in solution design, testing, and deployment activities Support API and system integration analysis and coordination Maintain project documentation, user stories, process flows, and requirement traceability Provide ongoing support and communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution Skills & Experience Required: Strong experience in technical requirement analysis and system documentation Experience working between business stakeholders and technical/development teams Understanding of APIs and system integrations preferred Exposure to ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms will be an advantage Experience working within SDLC and Agile delivery environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies will be an advantage Minimum 3+ years of relevant Business Systems Analysis experience About KalSoft Founded in 1999, KalSoft is a multi-award-winning trusted technology partner in business innovation, delivering impactful business results to clients throughout digital modernisation and evolution.
