Located in Canada’s only newly renovated INFINITI flagship facility, Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI delivers an elevated ownership experience where luxury meets sophistication . We are looking for a driven professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering transparent, tailored financial solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, the Business Manager plays an essential role in ensuring every customer experience reflects the premium standard our brand represents. What You’ll Do • Present and explain financing and protection options including extended warranties, service contracts, and vehicle protection products • Structure competitive financing and leasing solutions tailored to each client’s needs • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with OMVIC and applicable regulations • Prepare and submit all documentation related to vehicle financing, leasing, registration, and funding • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, manufacturer finance programs, and third-party providers • Work collaboratively with the sales team to deliver a seamless vehicle delivery experience • Maintain accurate reporting, contract funding processes, and compliance records What We’re Looking For • OMVIC Certification • Previous experience in an automotive Business Manager/F&I role or dealership finance environment • Strong knowledge of financing, leasing, and aftermarket protection products • Experience with PBS and DealerTrack considered an asset • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Professional presentation and strong attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment • Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record Why Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI • Work in Canada’s only Nissan and INFINITI flagship facility • Be part of Prestige Auto Group Ontario , a growing automotive organization • Collaborative team culture focused on performance and client satisfaction • Ongoing manufacturer and professional training opportunities • Competitive compensation structure At Oakville Nissan and Oakville INFINITI, we believe every client interaction should reflect our philosophy: Arrive With Intention.
