FChain Kazakhstan is a fast-growing international company providing accounting, tax, legal, HR and EOR services for businesses. We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is ready to grow into a strong B2B sales professional and take ownership of the full sales cycle. What you will be doing: Actively promote company services in the market Conduct cold outreach and develop new client relationships Lead client meetings and presentations Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closing Work with both B2B and occasionally B2C clients Support preparation of content for the company website Work closely with internal teams: legal, accounting, HR Build long-term relationships with clients What we expect: At least 5 years of sales experience in similar or related professional services is mandatory At least 3 years of B2B sales experience is mandatory Proven experience in active sales and cold outreach Experience selling accounting, tax, legal, consulting, outsourcing, EOR, HR, payroll, corporate or other professional services will be a strong advantage Good command of Kazakh, Russian and English is mandatory Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to learn fast and work independently High level of responsibility and ownership Result-oriented mindset, not process-oriented What we offer: Official employment and competitive salary Bonus — based only on independently closed deals Additional medical insurance after probation period Clear working hours, no overtime culture Cozy office in the center of Almaty Foreign environment Supporting, friendly team Possibility of professional grow Laptop, mobile connection Important: This role requires initiative, independence and proven sales experience. Experience in sales of similar or related services is mandatory: at least 5 years in sales overall, including at least 3 years in the B2B sector. We are not looking for a support role — we are looking for someone who can sell and take ownership of results. Bonus is paid only for independently closed deals. No bonuses are paid for meetings or activity. If you are used to taking ownership, closing deals and being responsible for your results, we will be glad to meet you. If you expect detailed guidance and constant support at every step, this role is likely not the right fit.
