Role Overview: The Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting and developing the AUTOMATE and PROTECT product lines within the Epiroc Digital Solutions Division. The primary focus of the role is business development, identification of new sales opportunities, support of key customers, and promotion of automation, safety, and digital solutions for the mining industry. Key Responsibilities • Drive business development activities for Epiroc Digital Solutions products, including remote control, automation, safety systems, and Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS) • Identify new sales opportunities and support strategic growth initiative • Demonstrate ability to drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets. • Engage with key customers to promote solutions and develop long-term partnerships • Participate in projects from pre-sales stage through implementation and commissioning • Ownership of deployment activities and ensure successful solution integration • Work closely with global Epiroc teams on technical and commercial topics • Support customers in defining technical requirements and solution design • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business planning and product improvement • Prepare structured reports and maintain project visibility Candidate Profile: • Degree in Mining, Engineering, or related technical field is preferred • Strong understanding of the Central Asian mining industry and key mining customers • 5+ years of experience in mining, automation, industrial technology, or related B2B solution sales • English level: Intermediate or higher • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and practical way • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Описание роли: Специалист по развитию бизнеса отвечает за поддержку и развитие продуктовых направлений AUTOMATE и PROTECT в рамках подразделения Epiroc Digital Solutions Division. Ключевые обязанности: • Развитие бизнеса продуктовых линеек Epiroc Digital Solutions, включая системы дистанционного управления, автоматизации, безопасности и системы предотвращения столкновения (CAS) • Поиск новых возможностей для продаж и участие в стратегическом развитии направления • Эффективно развивать продажи, выявлять новые бизнес-возможности и выполнять коммерческие цели компании. • Работа с ключевыми заказчиками по продвижению решений и развитию долгосрочных партнерских отношений • Участие в проектах на всех этапах — от предпродажной подготовки до внедрения и ввода в эксплуатацию • Координация внедрения решений и обеспечение корректной интеграции систем • Взаимодействие с глобальными командами Epiroc по техническим и коммерческим вопросам • Работа с заказчиками по определению технических требований и разработке решений • Сбор и структурирование рыночной информации, обратной связи клиентов и информации о конкурентах • Подготовка отчетности и обеспечение прозрачности по проектам Требования к кандидату: • Высшее образование в области горного дела, инженерии или смежных технических направлений — предпочтительно • Понимание рынка горнодобывающей отрасли Центральной Азии и ключевых заказчиков • Опыт работы в продажах или развитии бизнеса в сфере горной промышленности, автоматизации или промышленных технологий от 5 лет • Уровень английского языка — Intermediate и выше • Сильные навыки координации и взаимодействия с различными заинтересованными сторонами • Умение доступно объяснять сложные технические концепции • Проактивный подход и ориентация на решение задач It all starts with people.
