Due to company growth we search Business Assistant for office in Almaty Key role: to provide full administrative, organizational and expert support in establishing new office brunch and ensuring smooth work of a new growing team Responsibilities Main contact person for senior management Office management Organizing office facility (search options, check contract and documents with support of legal department) Support engineering and legal team in obtaining/submitting documents to get necessary license Build up collaboration with partnering companies regarding various purchased services (IT, accounting, legal, cleaning etc.) Assisting HR Travel support Requirements University degree A minimum of five years’ experience in with similar functionality Team management experience Computer literacy: MS-Office Readiness for business trips Kazakh – native, English and Russian – fluent (C1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Uses initiative with minimal supervision Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines Excellent organisational skills Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks Comfortable working independently and as part of a team What are your qualities that are important to us: teamwork skills passion sociability innovative approach to work flexibility and adaptability interest in technology Commitment and personal responsibility We offer : Work in a growing, international, high-tech company Opportunity for professional development, integration into an international team Competitive salary level, discussed individually with the successful candidate Friendly team
