9-month contract Business Analyst role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.
Contract HRIS Business Analyst role.
Working with a close-knit team acting as a key connector across the organization.
Ad-hoc days on site required in their North Vancouver office.
What & Why:
We are looking for an HRIS Business Analyst to work with a tight knit team as they embark on a transformation program. In this role you’ll support their People Systems team as they expand and modernize Workday capabilities across the organization. This role will partner closely with People & Culture stakeholders to assess current processes, facilitate workshops and interviews, document business requirements, and help define future-state processes. You will play a key role in process mapping, gap analysis, and improving documentation to support the evolution of their Workday environment within a shared enterprise platform.

They have an office in North Vancouver, and you should be able to head into their office once in a while
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
2+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
Experience working with HR, People & Culture, or HRIS teams, with an understanding of employee lifecycle and people processes.
Strong facilitation, interview, and workshop skills, with the ability to elicit requirements and document current and future-state workflows.
Exposure to Workday or other HR systems, including supporting process improvements, system enhancements, or transformation initiatives.
Compensation:
This role pays between $55-70 per hour.
