Must Have
Knowledge and experience with Fixing Long-Term Care Act 2021, Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System, Service Design Playbook
Experience conducting comprehensive user research (interviews, card sorting, empathy mapping)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Experience applying re-engineering/lean concepts for business improvement
Highly proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools such as Miro
Description
Responsibilities
Lead and conduct business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle
Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements
Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and support solution design decisions
Develop business models, process flows, and data flow diagrams
Analyze defects and collaborate with teams to resolve issues
Support business transformation initiatives and process re-engineering efforts
Liaise with development, QA teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis
Support testing activities, quality assurance processes, and troubleshooting
Maintain business documentation, user guides, and training materials
Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to stakeholders
Support deployment activities including change requests, runbooks and implementation plans
General Skills
Strong experience in business analysis methodologies within Agile and OPS frameworks
Ability to align business needs with technology solutions
Experience in stakeholder engagement and facilitation of workshops
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience supporting change management and user onboarding
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
