Role Descriptions:
Product Vision & Roadmap
Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for OMS and replenishment solutions aligned with the company’s supply chain strategy
Develop a deep understanding of current replenishment and order management processes to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
Define and maintain a clear product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria reflecting customer and business needs
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
Facilitate discovery workshops and capture end-to-end user scenarios, including edge cases and exceptions
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and specifications for development teams
Serve as the voice of the customer and business throughout the development process, balancing priorities and trade-offs
Product Delivery & Agile Leadership
Lead cross-functional agile teams through product discovery, development, and delivery to ensure incremental value delivery
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies
Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions and ensure high-quality releases
System Implementation & Integration
Oversee deployment and optimization of OMS solutions to enhance inventory allocation, order fulfillment, and replenishment workflows
Partner with technical teams to integrate OMS with ERP and inventory management systems
Ensure end-to-end process clarity using tools such as Confluence and draw.io
Testing, Quality Assurance & Change Management
Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria, especially for replenishment accuracy and order processing
Support pilot launches, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements
Support change management initiatives for smooth adoption across business units
Essential Skills:
4–10 years of experience in product management or senior business analyst roles transitioning into product roles
Strong exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) and replenishment processes
Proven experience in OMS implementations in retail or distribution environments
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, and order lifecycle management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
