Business Analyst needed for 6-month contract in downtown Calgary! $80/hour+, hybrid work model! Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Business Analyst - LMS in the energy sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is actively hiring for a BA to join their team for a 6-month contract o help move their learning system from Saba to SAP SuccessFactors. The perfect person for this role has led an LMS migration, understands data mapping, has fluency with Saba LMS and can talk to both business and tech teams. Responsibilities Investigating the current Saba LMS to see what data is stored and what courses exist Talking to stakeholders to understand what's being used and what needs to move forward Planning the migration; mapping old data, deciding what to migrate/archive/delete Documenting requirements, process flows, and data mapping Supporting the transition with testing and change managaement Requirements 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst Strong working experience with Saba LMS Working experience with LMS migrations Excellent understanding of data mapping and migration processes Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector Working experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a huge asset What's In It For You $80.00 - $90.00 hourly Location: downtown Calgary Monday to Friday, full time hours 6-month contract, chance of extension Soft Skills Available for the full duration of the contract Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present findings to a variety of different teams Able to work independently, must be self-driven This posting is for an active opening.
