Job Title: Business Analyst Junior (Healthcare) Location: Toronto, Ontario Work Model: Hybrid Duration: 11 months Extension: 1 time Must Haves LinkedIn URL in Resume 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments. Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding. Strong attention to detail with specific focus on data integrity. Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles. Description / Responsibilities / Skills Background Information ONE ID is foundational to a wide range of digital health solutions used by healthcare professionals across Ontario. The contingent resource will support EHR modernization and ONE ID Change Management and Adoption initiatives. Operational Responsibilities Support ONE ID operational activities including partner requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines. Experience & Skill Set Requirements Desired Skills Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems Knowledge of ITSM practices Proven ability to work within IAM (Identity and Access Management) framework Experience in the digital health ecosystem Required Skills Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients and partners in an operational environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines. Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes. Operational Responsibilities Support ONE ID operational activities including client support, partner requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines. Execute IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes including end-user authentication and authorization. Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID onboarding and adoption. Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs. Support testing of new features and client health validation activities in lower environments. Deliverables Effective operational support for ONE ID services, ensuring client requests, incidents, escalations are managed within established service levels. Successful coordination and support client onboarding and adoption activities, including client engagement, communication and enablement. Accurate execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational processes, including registration, enrolment, authorization, security configuration support. Contributions toward process improvements and process documentation that enhance operational efficiency.
