Job Summary: The Business Analyst will play a key role in facilitating the transformation of healthcare delivery within a major government healthcare organization in Manitoba. This role focuses on improving and enabling effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector, working closely with clinical stakeholders to implement workflow changes and new systems. Responsibilities: Map existing business processes and identify capability gaps. Lead and support the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, including workflow changes. Develop and execute software testing plans, including test cases and estimates. Implement software solutions related to homecare client registration, clinical documentation, and digital dictation. Support the deployment and testing of healthcare software such as PROCURA mobile and Sunrise Altera suite. Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies. Required Skills & Certifications: Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Valid Prosci change management certification. Minimum 10 years of experience as an analyst working with clinical stakeholders in healthcare settings. Experience documenting customer requirements, mapping processes, and identifying gaps. Experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting (at least 1 year). At least 5 years' experience leading and executing software testing. At least 4 years' experience testing and implementing the Sunrise Altera suite. At least 3 years' experience implementing software for homecare client registration and clinical documentation. At least 1 year of experience implementing digital dictation solutions in healthcare. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Additional healthcare IT certifications or training related to clinical systems. Experience with healthcare workflow transformation projects. Knowledge of provincial healthcare information systems and standards. Special Considerations: May be required to work additional hours beyond the standard 7.75 hours per business day, not exceeding 10% of total hours. Must provide proof of all required certifications and diplomas as part of the application process. Scheduling: Full-time engagement from November 2, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with a possible option term through December 31, 2027. Work hours are 7.75 hours per business day, Central Time, totaling approximately 1,914.25 hours over 247 days.
