POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes operation results, performance of various reporting and data maintenance tasks, reporting and makes recommendations based on the business case/analysis. You will focus on business and data analysis which include data integration and consolidation from multiple sources, automation of current manual process, integrating report process with company ERP, best practice of data analysis and reporting. You’ll identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve data processing, reporting accuracy and quality. The role will perform current state assessments, identify, and define area of improvements, lead project implementation, as well as perform ongoing audits of the initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzing, mapping, and improving current processes for data collection and analysis. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with IT to support the design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration and maintenance of marketing data, business results and dashboard to support overall business objectives. Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the process improvement. Develop, document, and standardize Marketing reporting processes and presentations. Manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously. Other related tasks as needed. The successful candidate will be skilled at working at a high level of detail and will be able to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment. You will also make presentations to top management. Organizational skills and summarizing conclusions via data analysis is an important part of the position. To do so requires a good, working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to communicate effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: BS Degree in Business Administration, or related area. MBA or MIS experience preferred. Minimum of 3+ years related work experience. Demonstrated creation / use of Data Flow Diagraming. Must be a Big Picture Thinker. Possess strong analytical skills and clear understanding of rational database architecture. Strong written and oral skills. Advanced in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and PowerPoint skills. In determining the rate of pay, Amphenol considers a variety of nondiscriminatory factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant industry experience, qualifications, skills, and education. It would be rare for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role.
