The Role GrizzlyTrek is seeking Alberta-based Bulk Drivers and Operators to join our valued client's cementing team, with projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia depending on assignment. These are full-time positions on a 15 days on, 6 days off rotation with 24-hour on-call, and longer projects can be camp-based with accommodations provided. Bulk Drivers keep blended cement powder moving from the bulk plant to the field and keep pneumatic bulk equipment in top shape. Operators run the pumper through every stage of the job, from rig in to wash-up. Your project assignment determines which province you work in. What You'll Do Bulk Driver 2 Haul blended cement powder from the bulk plant to field locations Offload product into silos and pumpers Maintain pneumatic bulk equipment Complete 300-hour services on assigned units Maintain DOT compliance at all times Operator 2 Rig the pumper in and out at field locations Mix and pump cement, run pressure tests, and drop plugs Complete wash-ups following each job Monitor pressure, rate, density, and volume throughout pumping operations Rebuild Chiksans and Neutron valves What You Bring Based in Alberta Valid Class 1 licence for manual transmission trucks; an automatic transmission restriction is disqualifying Minimum 1 year of driving experience Clean driver's abstract Ability to pass a 50 lb (23 kg) lift test Physically capable of repeated bending, climbing, and gripping over extended periods Available for a 15 days on, 6 days off rotation with 24-hour on-call Willing to stay in camp on longer projects and travel between provinces as assigned Preferred Qualifications Cementing services experience Oilfield safety tickets Rig in and rig out familiarity Twins operation experience (Operators) Work Environment This is field-based oilfield work in all weather conditions. The rotation is 15 days on, 6 days off with 24-hour on-call, and longer projects are camp-based with accommodations provided. The work is physical: it includes a 50 lb (23 kg) lift requirement plus repeated bending, climbing, and gripping over extended periods.
