Requirements Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for project investigation, reporting, specification preparation, quality observation, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and manufacturers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects with varying scopes, and brings strong verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and lead pre-bid, pre-start, progress, and closeout site meetings Collect field data to support the preparation of repair specifications, drawings, and tenders Develop technical specifications for roofing remediation projects Support the preparation of design and tender documentation Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope accuracy and completeness Assist with roofing and building envelope inspections, investigations, and design activities Participate in design reviews for roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems Review project submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements Conduct quality observations to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and standards Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including contract administration Provide technical guidance to field technicians and technologists Support time tracking, billing inputs, and job costing processes Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset Experience & Education Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in roofing and project management Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation is an asset In-depth knowledge of roofing and construction systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Why Join Us Opportunity to work on diverse and technically challenging projects Collaborative and professional work environment Career growth and development opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits package The Salary Range for this position is $63,900 - $95,900 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure. PHYSICAL DEMANDS, OVERTIME, AND TRAVEL Physical Demands – Work will be performed both in an office setting and at outside locations (i.e., Client’s office, industrial, construction, and/or residential sites). Employee is frequently required to stand, sit, climb ladders, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and drive a motor vehicle to job sites. Employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employee must be attentive, focused, and alert when conducting site inspections, speaking, and interacting with clients, preparing drawings and written reports. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary. Overtime – This position is classified as salaried with an exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with in order to meet the demands of the position.
