What you will be doing: Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring fresh, high-quality food and beverage options are available for guests. Provide efficient, friendly, and attentive service while working independently. Build positive relationships with guests and confidently answer questions regarding menu items, services, and hotel offerings. Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by anticipating needs and responding to requests in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked breakfast area, including clearing and resetting tables as needed. Complete opening and closing duties, including preparing and closing down the breakfast station, cleaning equipment, and washing dishes. Demonstrate good judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support daily operations. Previous customer service experience is considered an asset, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry. A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest needs and requests professionally. Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and composed in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating positive guest experiences. Ability to quickly build rapport and establish positive relationships with guests and team members.
