We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Brand Marketing Supervisor for "Miller" which requires creativity and analytical thinking to address real business challenges. Responsibilities: Responsibility for developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. Brand strategy development, development and implementation of brand building activities (360 degree), product and packaging development, leading the marketing specialist. Lead stakeholder and partner management for licensed brand, ensuring alignment with licensor requirements, maintaining strong relationships, and securing approvals across all brand activities (marketing, product, and communications). Conduct regular market analysis and monitor brand performance indicators, including market share, brand health metrics, and key consumer perception attributes. Drive close and continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver core business KPIs and achieve brand growth objectives. Brand Supervisor takes a lead in managing vendor partners and advertising agencies, and all aspects of their projects. Works with trade marketing and sales to identify programs to generate incremental sales and/or profitability. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, logistics, technical, and operations to execute specific marketing plans for each assigned brand. Manage budgets and financial related to marketing campaigns. Manages the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.
