Key Responsibilities - Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured environment - Perform teller-line transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and credit-related transactions - Handle functions across savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and fraud-related concerns - Verify member identity and review accounts for alerts, discrepancies, or irregular activity - Identify and respond to potential fraud or suspicious activity patterns - Utilize multiple systems efficiently to ensure accurate transaction processing and service delivery - Recommend additional products and services based on member needs - Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements - Support positive member interactions and overall branch operations - Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience - Reliable attendance and adherence to established schedule - Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment - Strong organization, planning, and time management skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities - Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact - Demonstrated initiative and sound decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Composure under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities - Basic math skills for accurate financial transactions - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with members - Openness to feedback and continuous improvement Top Skills - Must Haves: - Cash handling experience in a fast-paced environment - Customer service experience - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working in a banking or financial institution - Prior teller or branch operations experience - Knowledge of financial products and services - Fraud detection or risk awareness experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bensalem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.28 - $23.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
