Position Overview
Branch Manager – Edmonton South, AB. Responsible for managing branch operations including sales, warehousing, budgeting, inventory, and staffing, reporting to the District Manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel.
Manage P&L, budgets, expenses, and inventory.
Ensure high levels of customer service.
Enforce health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Serve as brand ambassador, building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory and sales experience.
Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Electrical industry experience preferred.
