As the Branch Manager you will be actively involved and committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable branch targets to be achieved. $135,000 - $175,000 a year A Day In The Life Manage daily branch activities and employees including; hiring, retention, performance, goal & priority setting Achieve branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of current customers Search for and utilize more efficient and economical methods of operations and opportunities to increase profitability Develop and implement action plans for achieving branch objectives Identify trends, problems, opportunities and maintain awareness of market conditions Prepare and adhere to corporate budgets Allocate funds appropriately across departments Share knowledge with other branches and head office on effective on best practices, business opportunities and needs Adhere and ensure compliance to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws Ensure strong safety culture in branch and that all Flynn processes and safety guidelines are adhered to Ensure client satisfaction and proper branch operation.
