Board Expectations Support the CEO and Senior Leadership team in propelling the organization’s Strategic Plan forward. Be highly engaged and committed to strategic goals and objectives. Provide high‑level oversight to ensure planning and service delivery remains responsive, agile, and progressive. Demonstrate integrity, inclusiveness, partnership, and evidence‑based innovation. Provide consultation through effective and progressive problem solving. Act as a strategic thinker. Coach and mentor board members and stakeholders. Exhibit visionary leadership. Reflect CDRCP’s values. Terms & Commitments Minimum three‑year term (September2026 to September2029). Serve on at least one Board Committee, typically virtual (approximately once per month). Board meets once per month on the third Monday at 6PM; meetings alternate between in‑person and remote, with the option to join virtually; in‑person meetings are held at the head office in Mississauga. One half‑day board development meeting in July/August. Targeted Area of Expertise Data Analytics Core Competencies IT/Data Analytics Requirements Background in data analytics, information technology, or digital transformation, with relevant professional experience or certifications. Experience overseeing data governance, cybersecurity, and technology risk‑management frameworks. Skills in data‑driven decision‑making, analytics interpretation, and translating technical insights into strategic guidance. Experience at a strategic and/or senior leadership capacity in data, analytics, or IT‑related functions. Must be at least 18 years old and not have an undischarged bankruptcy.
