Job DescriptionJob Description BIM Detailer About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will support construction and design coordination efforts by producing accurate, build-ready models and documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to produce accurate fabrication and coordination details Support clash detection and coordination processes across mechanical, electrical, and other building systems Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure models align with project requirements and constructability standards Maintain consistent drafting standards and document control throughout the project lifecycle Identify and resolve discrepancies between design intent and field conditions Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in construction or drafting Proficiency in Revit , Navisworks , and AutoCAD Background in mechanical or electrical systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong communication and organizational skills Nice to Have Experience with SysQue Familiarity with plumbing codes What We're Looking For A motivated self-starter who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and enjoys solving technical challenges as part of a team-driven construction environment.
