Job DescriptionJob Description BIM Coordinator About the Role We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team and support coordinated, fabrication-ready model development across mechanical and electrical trades. The ideal candidate brings strong technical modeling skills, hands-on coordination experience, and the communication ability to work effectively across project teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain BIM/VDC models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency across disciplines Lead and participate in clash detection and coordination efforts using Navisworks Develop and oversee fabrication-level detailing for mechanical or electrical systems Coordinate models and drawings using Revit and SysQue (or equivalent fabrication tools) Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve coordination issues Track model progress, maintain documentation standards, and support quality control processes Communicate coordination updates, conflicts, and resolutions clearly to internal and external stakeholders Support project scheduling and deliverables by maintaining organized, up-to-date model data Requirements 3–5 years of BIM/VDC or coordination experience in the mechanical or electrical trades Demonstrated model management skills Familiarity with fabrication-level detailing Coordination experience using tools such as Revit , Navisworks , and SysQue Solid communication and organizational abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with mechanical or electrical fabrication teams Familiarity with construction coordination workflows and clash resolution processes Ability to manage multiple project models and deadlines simultaneously What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work on complex, technically demanding projects Collaborative team environment with room for professional growth To apply, please submit your resume and relevant project experience.
