Title: Sr. Retail Delivery Floater (Bilingual - English/Spanish) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Environment: Hybrid (60% Call Center / 40% Branch) | 3 Days WFH / 2 Days Onsite | Member-Facing | Sales + Banking Services Why Join Us? As a bilingual specialist, you'll help expand access and support diverse member communities. What This Role Does This is a hybrid service + sales + operational role that combines traditional branch banking with high-level call center support. You will assist members with transactions, lending needs, and digital banking solutions while also identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and grow membership. Key ResponsibilitiesMember Service & Branch Support + Perform teller and vault transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, etc.) + Maintain and balance cash, coin, and negotiable instruments + Process membership applications and account maintenance requests + Handle non-monetary transactions (address updates, check orders, statements, etc.) + Assist with ATM servicing, deposits, and cash replenishment + Identify member needs and recommend products, services, and solutions + Support branch sales goals through referrals and proactive engagement + Participate in business development events and membership growth initiatives Lending Responsibilities + Identify and support consumer lending opportunities + Conduct loan interviews and gather applicant financial information + Review applications for completeness and enter data accurately into systems + Evaluate credit reports and make loan recommendations + Assist with loan funding processes following established procedures Call Center Responsibilities + Handle inbound calls, assessing member needs and providing accurate information + Support multiple service areas including: + Lending + Debit/ATM cards + Online & mobile banking + Wires and foreign currency + Process financial transactions (transfers, payments, fee reversals, stop payments, etc.) + Educate members on financial wellness, products, and self-service tools + Troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns while meeting service level expectations + Document interactions clearly in CRM systems and escalate when needed + Identify trends affecting members and communicate insights to leadership Branch Leadership Support + Assist in branch operations and daily oversight within assigned authority + Handle complex member transactions and escalations + Support branch audits, reporting, and compliance activities + Act as a resource and mentor to team members when needed Must-Have Qualifications ? 1-2 years of experience in branch banking, call center, or financial services ? Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) ? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent ? Strong customer service and communication skills ? Experience with cash handling and transaction accuracy ? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39540.00 - $54400.00/yr. Benefit package offered upon hire. HSA and 401k packages offered. $500 sign - on bonus and relo package available.
