The Bilingual Repair Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing a range of equipment, including consumer electronics, industrial machinery, and telecommunications equipment. Working within a small team, this technician ensures high-quality service through expert diagnostics, troubleshooting, and parts replacement. Frequent regional travel is required to service various locations, supporting customer satisfaction through clear bilingual communication and thorough technical documentation.
Responsibilities
Perform equipment repair and maintenance on consumer electronics, industrial machinery, and telecommunications equipment
Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshoot issues effectively
Interact professionally with customers to explain repairs and provide updates
Document technical procedures, repair details, and parts usage accurately
Communicate bilingually to facilitate service delivery and customer support
Replace parts and components as necessary to restore equipment functionality
Travel regionally to service multiple client sites as required
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of related job experience
High school diploma or equivalent
