As a Luxury Reservations Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests planning stays at Accor’s iconic hotels and resorts around the world. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their luxury travel journey from the very beginning. You’ll engage with guests through calls and inquiries in a genuine, unscripted way—listening attentively, responding with empathy, and personalizing each conversation to reflect your unique style.
