Bilingual Investment Services Representative (French/English) Location: Toronto, ON (Fully Onsite) Duration: 7-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire Pay Rate: $27.00/hour About the Opportunity Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Bilingual Investment Services Representative to join their Investment Services Contact Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with banking or investment experience who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide professional support for investment accounts, resolve inquiries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities + Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in both French and English. + Provide timely, accurate, and professional service related to investment accounts and banking products. + Assist clients with account inquiries, transfers, registered accounts (RRSPs), and general investment-related questions. + Investigate and resolve client concerns while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills. + Identify opportunities to educate clients on additional products and services through appropriate referrals. + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining attention to risk and compliance. + Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented contact centre environment. Required Qualifications + Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal). + 2-4 years of customer service experience within a banking or financial services contact centre. + 2-4 years of experience supporting financial products or investment-related accounts. + Strong understanding of investment products, account transfers, and registered accounts such as RRSPs. Preferred Qualifications + Previous wealth management or investment contact centre experience. + Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) designation (completed or in progress). + Branch banking or teller experience with exposure to investment products. + Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field. Schedule Training: + Monday to Friday + 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Regular Shifts: + Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM + Rotating shifts within operating hours (latest shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.
