The Opportunity:
We’re looking to fill an opening for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team for 6 months.
Reporting to the Manager, HR Operations the Bilingual HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team for a wide range of processes, programs, systems and projects. This position plays a critical role in delivering efficient front-line support and resolving employee queries. The Bilingual HR Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining employee files and the HRIS.

What your day looks like:
Deliver high‑quality front‑line HR service by responding to a broad range of employee inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
Process and maintain high volumes of HR data across multiple systems, including Workday, leveraging system automation and AI-supported features while ensuring exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
Administer HR programs end‑to‑end (e.g., length of service awards, using standardized processes and digital tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and positive employee experience
Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, including employee files and work eligibility documentation
Draft and customize complex employee correspondence and HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Provide advanced administrative and operational support to the HR team, including invoicing, reporting, surveys, audits, and ad‑hoc projects as required
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes by documenting current-state workflows, analyzing pain points / inefficiencies, supporting testing and implementation of process enhancements
Requirements
Your experience and skills:
Post-secondary education in administration and/or business, with a focus in HR is preferred
Minimum 2 years HR administrative experience
General knowledge of local employment standards and human rights legislation
Demonstrated ability to document and map HR processes, analyze workflows, capture business requirements
Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an asset
Experience with Workday will be given preference
Highly proficient with MS Office
Comfortable using AI enabled workplace tools
Solid organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Highly self-motivated and results-driven
Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy
Committed to service excellence with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive and confidential information
A team player that fosters a collaborative spirit
Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to effectively communicate with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
