What The Day Will Look Like
As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations and supporting your team, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Manage the day‑to‑day activities of the technician team (scheduling, prioritization, task assignment, workflow management)
Plan and adjust schedules based on volumes and manage absences
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Monitor performance measurements (timeliness, quality, volume) and recommend corrective actions
Handle calls that have been brought up to a higher level, including complex or sensitive cases
Support the team on complex pension‑related matters
Conduct quality reviews (calculations, communications, documentation)
Lead team meetings and coordinate with internal collaborators (consulting, operations, IT, etc.)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
Proven experience in pension administration
Experience in a client service environment, including handling calls and customer concerns
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven ability to coordinate a team and manage priorities in a fast‑paced setting
Experience in operations and in coaching others and optimizing their work
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to support and develop team members
