Conduct investigations into discrepancies in retail and wholesale banking operations Review and resolve out-of-balance and suspense accounts Research transactions and identify root causes of issues Communicate findings and solutions to internal teams and branches (in French & English) Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service level agreements What do you bring?
