About the Role Career Category: Research Job Description – Bilingual (FR/EN) Associate or Sr. Associate, Medical Information Reports to: Senior Manager, Medical Information Location: Mississauga Flexible – Commuter What you will do Answer and triage incoming inquiries to Amgen Medical Information. Provide medical information responses for routine inquiries with high quality customer service and document them according to internal guidelines. Identify and report adverse events and product complaints within one business day. Process medical information requests (e.g., fulfillment) via email, fax, and postal mail as per internal guidelines. Provide after‑hours on‑call support as needed via department cell phone, on a rotating schedule. Support Medical Information Product Champions with literature searches and complex inquiries. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures including product knowledge, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Must be able to work 9am‑5pm Eastern Time. Must be French/English bilingual. Preferred Qualifications MSc, PhD, PharmD, MBiotech. Experience in Medical or Drug Information. Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and/or strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple tasks. Demonstrated time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed. Practical experience in patient care. Outstanding computer and keyboarding skills (proficient in Microsoft Office). What we can offer Salary Range: 82,029.25CAD – 110,980.75CAD.
