Bilingual Field Talent Acquisition Partner – 6-Month Contract at Jobtailor — NeverHard

Partner with field operations leadership to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews Coordinate all virtual and in-person interview stages Use career fairs, community networking, social media, and other sourcing methods to attract talent Deliver and explain offer letters, including benefits, compensation, and corporate policies Build relationships with hiring managers to align with business goals and comply with local employment laws Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in Workday Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the designated region Requirements 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within operational or industrial sectors Bilingual proficiency in English and French Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines under limited supervision Valid Driver’s License Ability to travel within the region as needed Valid work authorization in Canada; visa sponsorship is not provided Ability to provide valid documentation confirming eligibility to work in Canada before the start date 4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
