What We're Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have:
Professional oral and written communication skills in French and English
A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help others
Patience, empathy, and the ability to navigate challenging situations
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Confidence communicating clearly and thinking on your feet
At least 1 year of customer service experience (call centre experience is considered an asset)

Monday, August 31 - Wednesday, September 2: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
Please note: Full attendance throughout training is required.
Hours of Operation
7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, 7 days per week
Availability Requirements
Evening and weekend availability is required following training.
