As a Bike Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preparing bicycles to ensure a safe, high-quality riding experience for guests. What you will be doing: Reporting to the Recreation Manager, this role supports resort operations by delivering reliable equipment, exceptional service standards, and a seamless outdoor recreation experience. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services Follow departmental policies, procedures, safety and service standards Inspect, maintain, and repair a fleet of Devinci and Trek bicycles, including mountain, road and e-bikes Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely, high-quality repairs and tune-ups Prepare bikes for daily guest use, ensuring safety and optimal performance Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate reorders as needed Maintain a clean, organized workshop and adhere to safety standards Assist guests with basic bike fitting, adjustments, and usage guidance Support rental operations and collaborate with recreation and guest services teams to ensure a positive user experience Follow all safety and sanitation policies Other duties as assigned
