Do you love meeting new people, making great first impressions, and showing off your knowledge of the local area? Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the move, and doesn’t mind getting your steps in? If so, we want YOU to be the welcoming face of our Resort!
What You’ll Do:
· Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with luggage (bonus points if you can carry multiple bags like a pro).
· Provide top-notch service while escorting guests to their rooms, giving them the inside scoop on the best spots to visit.
· Be the go-to expert on local attractions, events, and hidden gems—whether it's the best seafood spot, scenic hiking trails, or the must-see festivals!
· Assist with shuttle services and safely transport guests as needed (valid driver’s license required).
· Support the front desk team with guest inquiries and requests—teamwork makes the dream work!
· Stay on your feet and on the move—this role requires long periods of standing and walking.
What You Bring to the Team:
· A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
· A valid driver’s license and comfort driving resort vehicles.
· First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it).
· Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and events—our guests love insider tips!
· The ability to lift luggage and be on your feet for extended periods.
