Job DescriptionJob Description OVERVIEW We are seeking BAU operations professionals to support a wealth platform build and testing effort at a leading bank. These are business as usual operational roles delivered on contract, supporting the day to day functions that keep wealth operations running while senior staff focus on the project.12 month contract to startPay Rates:T4 - $40 - $43.50IC - $46 - $50 RESPONSIBILITIES Perform day to day operational tasks within one or more areas of wealth operations, which may include payments processing, transfers processing, tax operations, corporate actions, or market data. Operate within existing BAU processes and systems, primarily Broadridge, while the broader platform transformation is underway. Be available to flex across multiple operational areas as needed, based on skill set and business priority. Work closely with the operations lead on the project and integrate with the existing team structure. QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in wealth operations at a bank or financial institution, ideally one of the major Canadian banks (CIBC, RBC, TD, Scotia, or similar). Comparable US bank experience will be considered for candidates with a specialized skill set. Hands on experience in one or more of the following: payments processing, transfers processing, tax operations, corporate actions. Familiarity with Broadridge or similar wealth operations platforms. Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant operational experience. Comfortable working in a contract capacity with the possibility of shifting between operational areas over the course of the engagement. Preferred: experience across multiple operational functions within wealth operations, which allows for greater flexibility across the engagement.
