The day to day: Crafts high-quality drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Warmly welcomes guests, creating an engaging and energetic first impression Maintains strong situational awareness, anticipating guest needs and supporting team flow Offers confident recommendations on cocktails, wine, and beer, demonstrating solid menu knowledge Applies expert knowledge of spirits and mixology, sharing engaging stories and fun facts when appropriate Builds strong guest rapport, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning Ensures accurate order-taking, manages tabs efficiently, and coordinates seamlessly with the kitchen Personalizes service for special occasions and dietary needs, with careful attention to allergies and preferences Collaborates effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management for smooth, coordinated service Works with purpose and urgency, even during peak service hours Maintains the bar’s organization and readiness, checks stock levels, supports inventory, and ensures cleanliness Willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
