We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth across Retail, Projects and DIY channels in Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering sustainable revenue growth in line with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans for Retail, Projects and DIY channels. Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets. Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams. Participate in forecasting, budgeting and business planning processes. Support implementation of channel development initiatives and commercial projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategy and commercial guidelines. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in B2B environment. Proven experience in at least one of the following channels: Retail, Projects or DIY. Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, construction, home improvement or FMCG industries is an advantage. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Ability to develop long-term customer relationships. Analytical mindset and ability to work with sales data and forecasts. Experience managing distributors and key accounts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Kazakh and English proficiency at intermediate level or above. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
