Job Overview: Requirement/Must Have: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. Understanding of networking and operating systems. Troubleshooting skills. Enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduate status. Responsibilities: Monitor, maintain, and support Azure cloud environments. Assist in deploying and managing Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and App Services. Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues. Support incident management, problem resolution, and service requests. Monitor system health, alerts, and performance metrics using Azure monitoring tools. Configure and manage user access through Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID). Perform basic cloud security and compliance checks. Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cloud engineers, developers, and infrastructure teams.
