Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred) We are seeking a Strong Technical Lead with deep hands on expertise in AWS cloud services, Node.js and TypeScript development, Co Pilot prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will lead technical design and implementation while remaining actively involved in hands on development. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive AI enabled, cloud native solutions in an enterprise environment. The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding solution architecture, enforcing best practices, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high performance systems. The role demands strong backend development capabilities using Node.js and TypeScript, along with experience integrating generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using AWS services and Co Pilot tools. Top 3 Required Skills Strong hands on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform) Advanced Node.js and TypeScript development experience, including building scalable APIs and cloud native backend services Practical expertise in Co Pilot prompt engineering and LLM integration (prompt optimization, API based integrations, and responsible AI practices) Top 3 Preferred Skills Experience building or integrating Generative AI solutions in enterprise or BFSI environments Strong background in system design, microservices, and cloud native architectures Prior experience leading teams, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
