Conduct engaging test drives to highlight vehicle features, technology, and performance. Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and current promotions. Guide customers through the complete sales process, including trade-ins, financing, and paperwork. Negotiate sales agreements with transparency and a customer-first mindset. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service. Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed on industry trends and product updates. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals using effective sales and relationship-building techniques.
