Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary Automotive Detailer DRIVEN Full-time In-Office | Newmarket, ON, Canada Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our growing team. We operate a fast-paced, high-volume dealership and Auto Spa with a steady flow of retail vehicles, reconditioning work, customer-pay detailing, and protection services. While prior experience is an asset, we are open to training the right individual who is motivated, reliable, and committed to learning high-quality detailing standards. Role Overview As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles to a high presentation standard through interior and exterior detailing, reconditioning, and paint correction work (based on experience level). This role values efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Wash, decontaminate, clay bar, and prepare vehicles for reconditioning Complete interior deep cleaning including shampooing, steam cleaning, and stain removal Inspect vehicles and correct basic paint defects (scratches, swirls, oxidation) based on skill level Support paint correction work including cutting, compounding, polishing, and finishing (training available for the right candidate) Assist with ceramic coating preparation and application (experience is an asset) Ensure all vehicles meet retail-ready and delivery-ready standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Communicate with Sales and Service teams to coordinate workflow Preferred Skills & Experience Previous detailing experience is an asset, but not required Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Willingness to learn paint correction and advanced detailing techniques Experience with polishers is an asset (DA or rotary) Familiarity with detailing products and safe handling practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record What We Offer Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience Performance bonuses and efficiency incentives Steady, year-round workflow Benefits Full health, dental, and vision coverage Prescription drug coverage Paid vacation and sick days Perks & Environment Employee pricing on vehicles Discounts on detailing, service, and parts Modern equipment and professional-grade products Clean, organized, well-maintained workspace Supportive, team-focused environment Why Join Driven Auto Group?
